YOU MUST AGREE OUR ANTI-SPAM Policy

Anti-Spam("unsolicited email") Policy:

Please read our Anti-Spam Policy carefully as we have zero tolerance towards such activities.

SPAM (unsolicited commercial e-mail) is defined as an email message that is sent anonymously and without the recipient's permission. However, there are many other forms of Internet communication that can be considered as spamming. For example, posting irrelevant, and often commercial, messages on newsgroups, usenet, message boards, chat sites, forums, etc. is considered to be Spam. Not only is Spam an irritating presence in everybody's mailbox but it clogs the Internet and has the potential to cause system outages if left unchecked.

Spam has become so rampant in our society that there is legislation in various stages of enactment that will prosecute individuals, companies, and webhosts, and ISPs who engage or allow their customers to engage in such activities.

From our standpoint, any member found to be Spamming by any of the methods described above will have their account terminated immediately, be denied access to their referrals and forfeit any claim to past, present and future earnings. Furthermore, we shall fully cooperate with any bona fide authority and investigation that may arise from such incident.

If you have been spammed by one of our members, please report it to webmaster@thefooty.com and immediate action will be taken. Please include the spam email, and also the member's id.

I have read the Anti-Spam policy and agree to abide by it.
