Rabbitohs Gone: Broncos in Trouble

It was interesting listening to Sam Burgess state on Wednesday night's NRL on FOX, that the playing group of the Rabbitohs didn't feel under pressure. Friday Night, the certainly played like it as they were hammered 54-18 from the Penrith Panthers who led 40-0 at half-time. It was an incredible return to form for the Panthers.

The Brisbane Broncos clearly missed Darren Lockyer as they threw away a 12-6 lead to go down 44-18 to the nuisance side Newcastle Knights. Poor coaching from Ivan Henjak as he took off Andrew McCulloch, who was carving Newcastle up. During his absence from the field, the Knights had everything go their way as they attacked with gay abandon, while ill-discipline hit the Broncos. Darren Lockyer is now a certainly to take the field next week, FIT or NOT, as the Broncos season hangs by a thread.
