Queensland 5 NSW ZIP

The State of Origin series was won tonight for the fifth year in a row by an amazing Queensland side, dismantling NSW 34-6 in a lopsided affair at Suncorp Stadium. The Queensland team started well, with Greg Inglis scoring the first try to all the amens of First Scorer omen betters. NSW were a shambles from Go to Whoa and it seems hard to comprehend how they will defeat this amazing Qld team.

Queensland were best served by David Shillington, Greg Inglis and Sam Thiaday with Darren Lockyer picking up the man of the match award. NSW had Nathan Hindmarsh and Mitchell Pearce who toiled well all night.

Luke O'Donnell was a very lucky man to have stayed on the field tonight, after firstly spearing a Qlder, then headbutting another. Placed on report will see him miss six weeks of action in my opinion. Another bonus for the Cowboys, I reckon.
