The Canturbury Bankstown Bulldogs crashed back to earth tonight, being comprehensively beaten by the Souths Sydney tonight, despite scoring the first try. Souths won 38-16.
Souths were served well accross the park, but the forwards gained the momentum which allowed the Souths halves in Sandow and Sutton to play great games. Souths controlled the danger players from the Bulldogs and just never gave the likes of Morris, Idris, Ennis and Kimmorley any room to move. One of the best players on the park was Bulldog prop Ben Hannant.
