Doggies Pump the Chooks.

The Canturbury-Bankstown Bulldogs have brought high flying Sydney Roosters crashing back to earth with an absolute emphatic 60-14 drubbing today in front of a stunned crowd of 19,738 at ANZ Stadium.
There would be many pleased punters, who backed the Morris Twins to be first try scorers, when Joshie opened the scoring today for the Dogs in the 10th minute. By the time the 80th minute had ticked over, Morris had four in total, Ben Barba had a hatrick. Jamal Idris and Steve Turners both had doubles while Andrew Ryan got one for the forwards. The Doggies missed an incredible six from their dozen shots at goal.

For the Chooks, its back to the drawing board in so many ways. Todd Carney had a game he would rather forget, their completition rates were poor and maybe we can be kind by saying some of the errors they made came from players who were trying to hard.

The Easts fans left early, while the Doggies fans have erased the memories from the first two weeks and will be celebrating tonight.
